Morpii operates TheFileTool. The features shown are free to use in your browser; processing may be limited by file format, size or device performance.

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms and, where required by applicable law, permission from a parent or guardian.

Files and your rights

You must have the necessary rights to process your files and respect others’ copyright, privacy and applicable law. Selecting files does not give Morpii ownership or usage rights in them. Conversion does not alter existing rights.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, bypass security measures, or disrupt it through malware or excessive automated requests.

Rights in the service

TheFileTool’s original code, design and brand are proprietary and are not provided under an open-source license. You may use the website for personal or business purposes, but this does not grant permission to copy or redistribute the original code or sell it as a separate service.

Third-party components are governed by their own licenses. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses or activities permitted by law.

Results and responsibility

Conversion may change quality, layout or metadata. Keep a separate copy of important originals and check the results before using them. Successful conversion of every file, accuracy and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is. Limitations of liability do not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud or liability that cannot legally be limited, and do not exclude your non-waivable legal rights.

Changes and disputes

When features or terms change, we update the revision date on this page and give advance notice of material changes where required by law. Revised terms do not apply retroactively.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, while mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Please send questions or disputes to the email below. Your right to seek legal remedies is not restricted.
